What are the roles in Growify and what can they do?

Growify distinguishes between three roles, whose possibilities are also differentiated in Growify.

Role: User

• See published learning paths
• Favour/enroll in learning paths
• Complete learning paths and requirements 
• Self-assessment and ask for assessment from colleagues
• Connect with other users
• Use talent search

Role: Editor

All functions of a user, as well as:

• Create and publish learning paths, requirements, profiles, skills

Role: Administrator

All functions of user and editor, as well as:

• Assigns roles (Admins and editors after people have successfully registered)
• Performs admin settings (e.g. define domains)
• See reports
